Privacy Policy

The Trade Plug (“we,” “us”) is an educational product. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the course.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and the progress you make through the course — completed days, your journal entries, trade-log notes, and your trading plan. This data lives in our database provider, Supabase, and is tied to your account.

When you purchase access, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles that. We store a Stripe customer reference and whether your account has paid access.

We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand which pages are used, in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To give you access to what you paid for, save your work across devices, send essential account and receipt emails, and improve the product. We do not use your journal or trade entries for anything other than showing them back to you.

Your choices

You can change your email or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, journal, trades, and plan from our database.
